ODEBIYI Tolulope

||Chief of Staff to the Ogun State Governor||

Chief Tolulope Odebiyi was the Managing Director of Agbara Estates Limited, a development and investment company with over N20billion in assets. A former managing partner of Travant Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm with a focus on Residential and Commercial developments, Private Equity Investment and Advisory. He holds strategic responsibility among others for project structuring, operations, project development and management, project analysis, transaction management and real estate advisory. He oversees and initiated various development projects both here in Nigeria and Ghana and sits on the board of various companies including Travant Real Estate, Structuracasa Nigeria Ltd, Healthpro Nigeria Limited, Travfirst Nigeria Ltd, Venema Advies Nigeria Limited and Eyinni Farms Nigeria Limited.

His core competences are in the areas of Building Construction, Project Development Analysis, Facilities Management; Project Management; Turnkey Project development; Process Redesign; Customer Service/Relationship Management; and New business development.

In recognition of his skills and competences Tolu was selected to serve as a member of the think tank transition committee on housing in Ogun state in 2003. He is a current member of the Ogun state Judicial Service Commission under the APC.

Previously he was General Manager at Broll Property Services Limited, where he was instrumental to the growth of the property management portfolio of the company by $100m. He was responsible for closing several big ticket deals with market leaders including banks, oil and gas, and diversified conglomerates.

He is responsible is many way to the people of the state state giving back to them, in a great way. among his many civic responsibilities are Sponsorship of less privileged students, Ogun State, founder of a micro credit scheme for a Church Cooperative Women’s Society and lot more..

He is a Former Member Ogun State Think Tank Transition Committee on Housing – 2003, Current Member Ogun State Judicial Service Commission since 2012 and also the Current chief of staff to the Ogun state governor Sen. Ibikunle Amosun.
