Like Minds Presents School Kits to GCI Boys.

It was a day of sheer happiness as ten students of Government College Ibadan were gifted with 10 school kits.

Each of the 10 kits comprising a brand new school bag, school sandal, and two pairs each of school shirts and shorts; was donated by some Old Boys in the umbrella body of Like Minds Olds Boys of Government College Ibadan.

While presenting the School Kits at the 2018/2019 Valedictory Service of Government College Ibadan that held on Tuesday, 23rd of July, 2019 at Lalekan Are Hall, GCIOBA House, GCI; Sunkanmi Olajide (1991 - January Set, and GCIOBA-Abeokuta Branch member), a member of the Like Minds mentioned it that the morale behind their Annual Kit-Up GCI Boys Project was to ensure neatness among GCI Boys, a virtue GCI is widely known for.

He said the vision of the project is to instill the 'Service to Others and not to Self" mentality into the students. He admonished them to always remember their Alma Mater, and endeavour to give back to the school that made them whenever they are in such capacity.

He added that the 10 students were randomly chosen according to their dire need for a change in school kit.
