GCIOBA-Ibadan Branch Chairman's Speech At The 2018 Annual Luncheon Of The Branch

I thank the Almighty God for bringing us together for yet another annual luncheon of the mother branch of our dear association, Government College Ibadan Old Boys Association.

It's always a wonderful opportunity to have lunch together in a relaxed environment with our families and guests without the fear of any senior boy confiscating one's food or being punished for breaking dinning rules. It also provides good opportunity for us to reminisce about our good old GCI days.

I will not end this welcome address without giving the necessary recognition to our Young Girls for always supporting our passion, love for GCI. Some of them, I can boldly say do not only know the tradition of GCI, but can also write books on what GCI stands for.

May I on this note, while thanking the members of the planning committee of this luncheon, welcome you all to our year 2018 annual luncheon on behalf of every member of the Branch. Please relax, have fun, throw banters and enjoy yourselves.
