Recently, he was lead Counsel in:
1) TRANSPORT AND PORTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COMPANY LTD (TPMS) V. NIGERIAN PORTS AUTHORITY (NPA): this is a matter involving a contractual Agreement between the parties wherein the NPA wrongfully terminated the Agreement based on a Policy Statement issued by the Honourable Minister of Finance. He represented TPMS (the Claimant) in the Arbitral proceedings held at the Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, Lagos. The Claim was for about $3million, =N=900 million and €750,000.00.\

2) NIGERIAN AIR-FORCE and ALENIA AERONAUTICA SPA: He acted as Counsel to Alenia Aeronautica SPA in disputes over the supply of Aircrafts by Alenia to the Nigerian Air-force and consequently represented Alenia in the Mediation that followed the said dispute. Total value of the dispute is about $31 million.

3) In Process and Industrial Development Limited and Ministry of Petroleum Resources (MPR), He currently represents the MPR in proceedings at the International Dispute Resolution Centre in London in what is perhaps the largest Claims made against a Nigerian entity (MPR). Total value of Claim is about $8.5 Billion

Attended several international and local law conferences and seminars particularly programmes on Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property.

Appointed Notary Public (1994); Elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (2005); Pro-Chancellor Chairman Governing Council Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State (2007-2011); Member, Presidential Advisory Committee on the Perogative of Mercy (2011). In June 2012, he was appointed Chairman of the Governing Board of the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria by the President.

In September of 2014, he was conferred with the National Honour of “Officer of the Federal Republic” of Nigeria, [O.F.R]

In November 2014, he was appointed as a member of the Nigeria Bar Association National Executive Committee (NBA-NEC)

In September 2019, he was appointed as the Special Counsel, to His Excellency, The Executive Governor of Oyo State.
